Dispute Resolution, Applicable Law, and Jurisdiction

Any person or entity visiting, dealing with, or in any way associating in any capacity whatsoever with “Navin Giri / www.navingiri.com” agrees to be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, notwithstanding any conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (including any visit to the website www.navingiri.com), including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Each party hereby irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts in Vancouver and waives any objection to such venue on the grounds of forum non conveniens or any other basis.
